3-Day Return Policy

We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products Only: Returns will only be accepted for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery.
  2. Delivered Products Are Final: If the product matches the order details and is delivered in proper condition, it is not eligible for return or exchange.
  3. Condition of the Item: Returned items must be in the same condition as received – unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  4. Proof of Purchase: You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase to initiate a return.

Return Process

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return experience, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit Our Website: Go to the "Submit Return/Exchange Request" section on our website.
  2. Fill Out the Return Form:
    • Enter your Order ID.
    • Provide your Booking Phone Number or Email ID associated with the order.
  3. Specify the Reason: Clearly mention the reason for the return (e.g., damaged, defective item) and attach photos if applicable.
  4. Submit the Request: Once the form is completed, submit the return request.
  5. Confirmation Email: After submission, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions regarding the return process.

Please note that returns are eligible only for damaged or defective products, as per our Return and Refund Policy. Ensure all return requests are made within 3 days of receiving your item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
